Building the Future of OakHaven’s Adolescent Program

OakHaven Pathways, Inc. was established to support the thoughtful development of OakHaven’s Montessori Adolescent Program, with a planned launch in Fall 2027.

Adolescence is a critical stage of growth: a time when young people are developing independence, identity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of their place in the world. Our vision is to create a purposeful, community-based environment where adolescents are deeply known, respected, challenged, and supported through rigorous academics, meaningful work, and real-world experiences.

As we move from vision to action, we are committed to building this program thoughtfully, responsibly, and in alignment with authentic Montessori principles.

Your support directly helps fund program development, guide training, environment preparation, and long-term sustainability as we work to bring this vision to life for our students and future generations of OakHaven adolescents.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us.

Our Progress & Fundraising Goals

As we begin building OakHaven’s Adolescent Program, we are committed to moving forward thoughtfully, responsibly, and sustainably. The following fundraising goals will help support both the foundational development of the program and the potential purchase of the neighboring property that would allow for long-term growth and expanded opportunities for adolescents.

Goal 1: Immediate Development Goal

Program Development Goal: $150,000 by July 31st

Supports:

  • Program development and planning

  • Guide recruitment and training

  • Environment preparation

  • Startup and operational needs

This initial goal will help provide the foundation necessary to thoughtfully launch and sustain the program during its earliest stages of development.

Goal 2: Full Vision / Land Goal

Full Vision Goal: $815,000 Property Acquisition

Purchase of the neighboring 3.85-acre property would allow for:

  • Dedicated adolescent space

  • Land-based work and microeconomy opportunities

  • Long-term growth and sustainability

While there is no exact timeline for this potential purchase, time is of the essence, as we know they intend to list the property for sale again soon. This unique opportunity would significantly strengthen and expand the long-term vision for the Adolescent Program.
