Help Us Make a Connection

Sometimes, the most meaningful way to support Pathways is by connecting us with someone who shares our vision.

We're looking to build relationships with foundations, local businesses, civic organizations, community leaders, and individuals who value young people and believe adolescents deserve an education that fosters independence, purpose, collaboration, and belonging.

You don't need to be a grant writer or fundraising expert. If you know someone who might be interested in our mission, we'd love an introduction.

Three Easy Ways to Help:

Know a potential grant opportunity?

Share a foundation, corporate giving program, or community grant we should explore.

Have a business or community connection?

Introduce us to someone who may be interested in supporting adolescent education.

Know someone who believes in our vision?

Help us start a conversation. We'll take it from there.

Share a Connection - every connection has the potential to open a new door for Pathways.

Subject: Introducing you to OakHaven Pathways

Hi,

I wanted to introduce you to OakHaven Pathways, a local nonprofit initiative working to establish an AMI Montessori adolescent program (grades 7+) for students in our community.

The program will build on the Montessori foundation of independence, meaningful work, collaboration, and purposeful learning during the adolescent years.

I thought of you because of your work with [organization, foundation, or area of interest]. I wondered whether there might be an opportunity to connect with the Pathways team about your work and whether there could be a potential fit.

I've copied Danielle Gearin, Program Director, here so you can connect directly if you're interested.

Thank you for considering the introduction!

Students at OakHaven Montessori School are excited to see this program get up and running!

Our Program Initiative

We are excited to be thoughtfully developing an Adolescent Program with a planned launch in Fall 2027.

This program is being designed to serve our current OakHaven students as they enter this important stage of development. At this time, the program is not open for tours or new student inquiries, as our focus is on building a strong and authentic foundation.

About the Program

The Adolescent Program will provide a purposeful, community-based environment grounded in Montessori principles, blending academic engagement, meaningful work, and real-world experiences.

Students will be supported in developing independence, confidence, responsibility, and a strong sense of identity as they prepare for the path ahead.

Our Commitment

We are committed to thoughtful planning, financial responsibility, and clear communication as this program develops.

Projected Timeline:

  • 2025–2026: Planning and fundraising

  • 2026–2027: Program development

  • Fall 2027: Planned soft launch

  • Fall 2028: Planned full launch
